What it costs
A change starts a fresh full term from the day you make it, and the unused part of your current subscription is credited against it — so you pay the difference, not the full price over again. The credit is applied as a discount at checkout.

Changed your mind?
A change has its own 14-day withdrawal window. You can withdraw from it in the Download Area, under the order, within 14 days.

Some changes we handle for you
A few can’t be completed online and will point you to our sales team instead — for example reducing licenses or lowering support, a change that would alter the VAT treatment (a different country, a different kind of buyer, or a different company than the one the order is on), a license that wasn’t bought through the online shop, or a renewal that hasn’t started yet. Just drop us a line and we’ll take care of it.

EU business customers: an order tied to a company is changed under that same company, and VAT numbers are verified through VIES.
